Here are a few things that you might find useful :3!
Just little things I figured out during playing, I’ll add more as I remember!

- Play around with the skills to see what you like, at 18 your skill points get reset! You also get to choose your Sub-Class.
- You get more exp for having more party members :D also if you get a better rank!
- You get extra exp for being on a channel with the same name of the dungeons you are doing :3 ie Beginner for the intro, or Sky Tower for Dragonoid Nest and whatnot.
- You can click exit to skip all the talking, but it’s nice to read once.
- In a dungeon click “N” to see which way the boss is! Very helpful to not get lost. Completing dungeons fast is the best way for exp unless you are low on fatigue.
- Get all the quests you can and do them! Fastest way to level.
- Basically the “Noob-O-Meter” system is if someone is seven levels higher/lower then you it rises, and you get less exp.
- In town you can right click to move.
- In the chat there are options for what information you want shown, like exp/gold gains and more.
- “//window” to put the game in window mode, then “//full” to make it full screen again.
DFO has a video option in game, which is nice :D

I love character customization, so all the characters in DFO looking the same at the moment is rather annoying. Luckily there will eventually be avatar items that will change the look of the character, but not effect the stats :3 I’m excited for it, even if you have to use Nexon points or buy them.

There are so many items on the site, I’m a little worried the ones I want won’t be up, but I guess we’ll just have to see. What’s funny is that there seem to be a lot of items that could be made into popular anime/etc. characters.
A month or two ago I watched some videos about this game, and knew it was coming out in english, but wasn’t too excited. Then a few days ago my boyfriend told me, multiple times, that the early access was open. Ignored that though, I wasn’t interested enough to sign-up. He bugged me about it several times and I eventually gave in >_< to which he told me he already signed me up, haha.
Well, I’m glad he did that <3
This is an amazing game, and I love playing it. There are few games that I’ll actually play with other people for one reason or another, but this is even more fun with people. Plus you get more EXP in groups :D which is great.

What is DFO?
Well first it was a pen and paper tabletop, then it was an arcade game, now an MMO!
The game is published by Nexon.
It’s free to play, but you can buy special items with Nexon points/money.
Has a unique style, like a side-scroller arcade game, but with the RPG twist of leveling up/gear/ect. put into an MMO setting.
It’s a ton of fun to play with others, and doesn’t feel grindy at all.
Open Beta is on the 22nd

This is my awesome bank character.
I chose Undercity because it’s my favorite city, and undead because I don’t have enough. Plus it works with the guild name! <UC Elevator Victims> ♥ Even if she’s a bank toon she gets lots of love! Named her Kiki, just to snag the name, considered leveling her (three at the moment) but I already have a priest.
She’s wearing an [Elegant Dress], [White Tuxedo Shirt], [Black Tuxedo Pants], [Noble's Monocle], and has a [Diamond-Tipped Cane]. Favorite thing to do when not banking is sit around under her [Romantic Picnic Basket].

As we heard the new Faction Change option is out!
Eh. I don’t plan on doing it, at least for now, haha.
(The Cataclysm Forums are out as well, I played around on them a bit that morning)

Put out at a random time really, but I suppose it was as soon as they could. It’s…. interesting. While I like the idea of having Alliance friends come to THE HORDE, when I see Hordies mention they are going Alliance side I get really sad. Silly, no? Maybe Alliance feel the same way (do you?)

While I thought it was a no before, after switching to the opposite race, then decide to go back to the other, you can pick a different race then the first as long as they can be that class. Which is convenient, for $60, I guess. I know a lot of people are complaining about this, but I’m usually for whatever makes the players happy (to a certain degree, now when we get to class change…). So far the process seems to be going slow, but it’s a lot more to do then just changing servers!
Now that people are doing it I’m a bit confused, haha, “wait – I thought you were Horde? Oh, right.” As well as sad, QQ, Horde Power!

Did you go through with the race change? Or plan to?

I am incredibly scared of interacting with people in game, but I enjoy the idea of RP. Dilemma. Way back when I actually did RP on forums, Harry Potter mostly. Don’t laugh u.u;;;

Okay! Slowly trying to get over my fear of talking to people, even online, I’m going to try and RP in game. “Try”, really, I’m just going to play around with character idea’s until I work up the courage. Maybe just write stories until I do.
